With continuously extending our range of products to all our customers. We had also started die cut gaskets for different industries. From simple to the most challenging. High speed presses and automated operations assure cost effectiveness on all gaskets.
Our most common form of Gasket production is by punching or stamping two-dimensional components from sheet or strip material. We are capable of producing from thin foils to thick sponges in simple rectangular gaskets through to complicated manifold type
gaskets using inexpensive tooling. Further we can produce square section rings and washers by slicing or parting from tube or extrusion which considerably reduces scrap from traditionally punched rings or incurring expensive tooling costs for mouldings.

A rigourous Quality Assurance program is maintained and implemented at every step of our operation. Material certifation and SPC are available to meet today's quality control objectives.

Oil Seal

We can manufacture all type of oil seals for all diverse industries as per requirement. To sustain the acclamation we boasts of a strong infrastructure which functions in strict adherence to the quality standards.

Springs

With extension to our facilities we had started manufacturing all kilnd of springs includes tension springs, pull out piece springs, special springs, excerciser springs, electrical tool springs, springs for automotive fittings and more for various industries. Various springs can be customized, and the spring production features large scale, sophisticated equipment and reliable quality in adoption of up-to-date PC-controlled spring coiler as well as a complete set of auxiliary facilities, and can manufacture various tension springs, pull-out piece springs and special springs for different industries.
